At Collectors Vault, we know the excitement of waiting for a new addition to your collection. That’s why we’ve built our shipping process to be as fast, transparent, and secure as possible.

1. Same-Day (24 hours) Dispatch Guarantee

We know you want your items fast! We guarantee that your order will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement. We work around the clock to get your collectibles moving, which means we even dispatch orders on Sundays! (Please note: While we hand over packages 7 days a week, our courier partners may occasionally experience slight delays on their end during national holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines & Locations

We proudly ship Pan-India! Once your order is dispatched from our facility, the standard delivery timeline is between 4 to 8 days, depending on your exact region and pin code.

3. Flat-Rate Shipping

To keep things simple and transparent, we charge a flat shipping rate of ₹149 on all orders, regardless of the size or destination within India.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We want to make checking out as easy as possible, so we do offer COD as a payment option. However, please note that COD serviceability depends entirely on our courier partners. If your specific pin code is not serviceable for COD, this option may be unavailable at checkout, and you will need to use a prepaid method to complete your order.

5. Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended)

Because collectibles are fragile, we offer an optional Shipping Protection Add-On at checkout.

  • If you add this protection: Your order is fully covered against any and all damage that might occur during transit.
  • If you decline this protection: We are not liable for mishandling by the courier once the package leaves our facility. We strongly recommend adding this small protection fee to guarantee your item arrives in flawless condition.

6. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, your tracking information will be updated directly on our website, and you will receive an automated email from Shopify with your tracking link. We are also rolling out automated WhatsApp updates very soon! In the meantime, if you ever need a quick manual update, Gautam is actively managing our WhatsApp support and is always happy to check on your order status if you drop us a text.
