Refund policy

At Collectors Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because of the nature of collectibles, we have strict guidelines to protect both our customers and the integrity of our inventory.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or report an issue. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind. We accept returns strictly under the condition that the mistake was on our end (e.g., you received the wrong item, or the item has a defect not shown on the product page). To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be entirely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including cards, blisters, and protective cases).
  • Visual Discrepancy: The item delivered must materially differ from the product photos or videos displayed on our website. Please note: The photos and videos on the product page represent the final, accurate state of the item and override written descriptions regarding condition.

 

3. The Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To protect against fraudulent claims and transit disputes, an unboxing video is strictly required for all return, defect, or damage requests.

  • The video must clearly show the original package sealed, the unboxing process, and a clear view of the defect or discrepancy.
  • Requests made without a valid, uncut unboxing video will not be entertained.

 

4. Transit Damages & Shipping Protection

We offer an optional Shipping Protection Add-On at checkout.

  • If you purchased Shipping Protection: You are fully covered for any damages that occur during transit. Simply reach out to us within the 7-day window with your unboxing video, and we will resolve the issue.
  • If you did not purchase Shipping Protection: We are not officially liable for damages caused by the courier once the package leaves our facility, and transit damage will not be covered for a return. However, please still reach out to us with your unboxing video, and we will do our absolute best to assist you and find a fair resolution.

 

5. We Pay for the Return Shipping

Since we only accept returns when the mistake is ours (or covered by Shipping Protection), you won't pay a dime for return shipping. We will either arrange a free pickup from your door or reimburse your shipping costs if we ask you to send it back to us.

6. Fast Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it matches your video, we'll quickly process your refund. The funds will automatically go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
